E Mal
The research product of Themis Medicare through CDRI Lucknow which was launched in 1997 has revolutionized the treatment of complicated and uncomplicated falciparum malaria. It is  arteether, an artemisinin derivative that cures falciparum malaria in three days, with a single injection each day. E MAL has a fast parasitic clearance rate with lower incidence of recrudescence. E MAL is available as 2ml injection containing 150 mg a,b arteether and for low body weight patients E MAL 1ml injection containing 75 mg a,b arteether is also available.

Lumether
It is an effective artemisinin combination therapy of Lumefantrine 120 mg and Artemether 20mg.  The combination is recommended as first-line therapy by WHO in Chloroquine resistant and other resistant cases of malaria including falciparum malaria.  The treatment regimen includes just six doses for the treatment of all types of malaria.

RTsunate
RTsunate contains artesunate 60 mg in one vial injection and 50 mg in oral tablet. RT Sunate is a well accepted artemisinin derivative for the treatment of complicated malaria when the patient is immobile and has developed complications. RTsunate injection is given as IV first and once the patient is stable then oral RTsunate is initiated
