"Artemis Biotech" was merged with "Themis Medicare Limited" in April 2003
Facility has been in the process of continual up-gradation to make it up to the mark as per the current Good Manufacturing Practices requirement.

The Company is engaged in own and contract manufacturing of pharmaceutical formulations for different Indian customers for distribution in India or other semi regulated markets.
The company shall undertake contract manufacturing of already granted product license/Market Authorization of PL/MA holders.
Focuses on therapeutic segments like cardiology, pain management, anti-tuberculosis, anti-malarial, anti-infective, haemostatics.
Manufacturing facility is constructed in reinforced cement concrete (RCC) with RCC slab roof over all manufacturing areas.
The flooring in the manufacturing areas is finished with Epoxy coating & all walls in the manufacturing area are constructed with clean room partitions & doors.
The ceiling in manufacturing areas is either ferroconcrete plastered to smoothness or paneled with washable emulsion paint.
Modular panels are provided as internal partitions
